DSSI Logo Conditions of Use

Prior to downloading the DSSI (Dye Sublimation & Specialty Imprinting) Logo, hereinafter referred to as "Logo", you must agree to the following conditions:

• This Logo is provided as a graphical representation to promote or indicate that you are a member of,  the Dye Sublimation and Specialty Imprinting forum.  The use of this Logo does not indicate that DSSI or this site is a sponsor of or endorses, you,  your company, your products or your website.

• The Logo may be displayed on any printed or electronic materials by any active member of the DSSI forum.

• The Logo may be resized.

• If you provide a link from this Logo or any associated text you must use the DSSI forum address which currently resides at www.dyesub.org

• The Logo should be displayed with the words:  Member of: or similar text. 

• You may not use the Logo to disparage the DSSI forum or it's members in any way.

• Upon notification, anyone found to be improperly using the Logo, must correct any deficiencies in the usage.  Refusal to correct such deficiencies may result in revocation of the right to use this Logo, removal from the DSSI forum and possible legal action.

• BitSoup, Inc., as holder of this property, reserves the right to change or modify the Logo and/or these conditions at any time.
