What is Tanks-A-Lot?

Tanks-A-Lot is a high-quality ink feed system for Epson Stylus 900/980 printers. It comes complete with black and three colors (magenta, yellow, cyan), individual tanks, ink line apparatus and detailed installation instructions.

How does Tanks-A-Lot compare?

Tri-chamber systems are expensive. When you run out of one color, you have to throw the rest of your -- still valuable -- ink in the trash.

Bulk systems can greatly reduce your overall ink expense because you purchase and replace colors separately. But, if they aren't engineered well, bulk systems can be messy and cause problems. For example, the widely popular "fruit jar" systems lack the vacuum seal necessary to keep air from entering the system. As air enters, it causes bubbles and introduces contamination. Bubbles and contamination cause banding and clogging. The end result -- wasted ink, paper, transfers, and sometimes, wasted product.

By comparison, Tanks-A-Lot is better than bulk. Each ink container is individually de-gassed and vacuum filled, and comes in its own sealed package, forming a closed-loop system.
